Partnering for circularity
Supporting a circular economy requires close cooperation across the value chain, from product design and take-back logistics to material processing and reintegration. Our Sustainable Value Chain Alliances (SVCAs) reflect a commitment to enabling practical progress in circularity.
We continue to work closely with supply chain partners, including customers, and participate in consortia to align each stage of the product life cycle. These long-term efforts are beginning to deliver results, marking an important step toward more sustainable operations.

Ongoing commitment to our Take Back program
Over the last year, we continued our long-standing commitment to responsible material use through the Take Back program. Although the volume of collected materials was slightly lower than in 2023, this was an intentional shift influenced by the expected European restriction on PFAS. In preparation, we reduced the recycling of materials containing PFAS where no safe alternatives were available.
With more than 25 years of experience in aramid recycling, we know that durability matters. Aramids are valued for their long lifecycle, strength, and lightweight properties – making their extended use the most effective first step in sustainable resource management.
We remain committed to the Take Back program and are continuously evaluating ways to improve its effectiveness, ensuring it aligns with environmental goals, evolving regulations, and the practical needs of our customers.
